They are looking for a Commercial Contracts Assistant, who will initially be based at the businesses Head Office in Barnsley, with up to 4 days working from home available later down the line.
Some of the key duties and responsibilities for the role include:
- Reviewing contracts to propose and negotiate amendments.
- Identifying and managing commercial risk
- Hosting and supporting with customer and internal meetings.
- Liaising with other departments regarding contract amendments and training.
The appointed candidate must have prior experience with contracts in the construction industry and the ability to read and digest a high volume of documentation efficiently and accurately.
The ideal candidate will also be a reliable team player and a confident communicator. You must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
