Cash Allocation Clerk in Worksop

My Client is looking for Strong Credit Controllers to join their established finance team. Working in a fast paced environment there's plenty of opportunities for development and bonus to be earnt!

Responsibilities
Reconcile customer payments and ensure correct and timely allocation from the bank statement.
Handling of queries received into the Cash Allocation Team ensuring all requests are completed and successfully resolved.
Make adjustments to the receivables ledger when required.
Look for process improvement opportunities
Work to daily team targets
Process refunds on customer credit balances

Experience
Experienced in using MS Excel & MS Word
SAP would be desirable
Working with customers to resolve queries and issues
Working in a busy Customer service/Finance environment

Personal Qualities
Good communication with customers regarding finance issues relating to reconciliations.
Team Player
Drive to deliver a high quality service
Good attention to detail to ensure accurate allocation of cash.
Ability to problem solve issues relating to unallocated or mismatched cash allocations.
Ability to keep calm under pressure
