Duties will include:
*Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies.
*Reconcile client accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
*Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.
*Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
*Generate reports detailing accounts payables status.
The ideal individual with display the following attributes:
*Previous experience working in a fast-paced Accounts payable function.
*Experience with Xero and Dynamics would be useful.
*High school diploma or equivalent; BSc/BA in accounting/business administration is a plus.
*Proficiency in MS Office.
