The main duties of this role include:
*Receiving, matching, coding and entering invoices
*Query resolution
*Statement reconciliation
*Preparing and processing invoices so they are ready to be paid
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
*Excellent IT skills - particularly in Excel, the ability to carry out Vlookups and Pivot tables is desirable
*Strong communication skills
*Good organisation skills
