Accounts Payable Clerk - Barnsley - Interesting

Sharp Consultancy is delighted to be working alongside a very successful business, who are working on a large, national scale, with an annual turnover of £300 million. The business is going through a period of great change and is looking to transform its Accounts Payable function, by centralising it to their head office in Barnsley. They are offering an interesting challenge to a talented Purchase Ledger Clerk.

The main duties of this role include:
*Receiving, matching, coding and entering invoices
*Query resolution
*Statement reconciliation
*Preparing and processing invoices so they are ready to be paid
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
*Excellent IT skills - particularly in Excel, the ability to carry out Vlookups and Pivot tables is desirable
*Strong communication skills
*Good organisation skills
