This is a fantastic job opportunity for someone who has a good understanding of Purchase Ledger, with excellent IT skills and a positive work ethic. Ideally you will have worked in a high-volume purchase ledger role previously. However, a full induction and training program will be provided.
Duties & responsibilities of this Purchase Ledger Clerk job will include:
* Managing Purchase Ledger inbox
* Inputting and processing invoices
* Resolving queries with clients and sales/customer service teams
* Account reconciliation
* Statement reconciliation
* Setting up new accounts
The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
* Previous experience working in Purchase Ledger
* Strong reconciliation skills
* Organised & methodical with good attention to detail
