Accounts Payable Clerk in Leeds

Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be partnering with a new business in the centre of Leeds who are keen to secure the services of an Accounts Payable Clerk initially on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities:

*Full ownership of the purchase ledger, with duties including invoice entry (stock and overhead), supplier payments and statement reconciliation
*Matching stock invoices to receipts and prepayments
*Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries
*Reconciliation and processing Amazon receipts, fees and charges
*Processing expenses claims and credit cards
*Assisting with weekly and month-end finance tasks as necessary
*Cross support and cover other activities within the finance team (including sales ledger)
*Assisting in the preparation of management information and financial analysis
*Business partnering with managers to review monthly costs and outlooks
*Assisting with the preparation of the annual budget and ongoing forecasting
*Ad hoc tasks and projects within the finance or wider business teams
