Duties will include:
*Coding/checking supplier invoices
*Inputting invoices to Sage 50
*Applying & processing CIS deductions
*Job Costing (assigning invoices to jobs and inputting to associated Excel spreadsheets)
*Preparation, processing, and Sage 50 input/allocation of supplier payments (monthly and ad hoc)
*Supplier statement reconciliations
To be considered for this role you will have to demonstrate a thorough understanding of Accounts Payable and ideally have worked in a volume processing role previously. You will also have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career within Accounts Payable.
