The role initially is a 6 month contract to assist with the continued growth of the business. It would be the perfect role for someone who is now or soon to be immediately available that can hit the ground running and who will enjoy the adaptability of a varied position.
You will be a key member of the team assisting the Finance Manager with the day to day running of the Accounts within one subsidiary of the business. You will maintain the Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger function of the business, reconcile the bank statements on a daily basis and collate timesheet information for staff and sub contractors to be submitted to the payroll specialist.
Skills and experience:
- 3 years working in a similar role
- Ability to communicate effectively with people from outside of the business and other departments
- A keen eye for detail and numbers driven
- High level of organisation
