The Candidate's responsibilities include:
* Processing invoices and payments
* Reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions
* Preparing monthly reports and financial statements
* Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
* Supporting the Finance Manager with ad-hoc tasks
* Raising Sales invoices and credit control
* Ensure consistent and accurate record keeping is maintained at all times
* Support in month end procedures
* Ad hoc administration duties
The ideal Candidate will possess the following attributes:
* At least one year of experience in a similar role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
