The candidate's responsibilities will include:
* Liaise with Financial Controller on reconciliation of jobs.
* Staff expenses to be submitted and posted into finance system.
* Covering for Transactional duties if/when the Accountant is away.
* Posting customer receipts, nominal bank payments and receipts.
* Ad-hoc duties across the office.
* Managing Purchase Ledger activities, liaising with suppliers, prepare payment runs, checking & posting invoices.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
* Strong organisational & communication skills.
* Being adaptable in managing personal workload, as well as working as a key member of the finance team.
* Previous experience using Sage (desirable).
* A desire to progress and develop within the business. Monthly reviews & planning sessions will take place to layout the growth.
