12-month maternity cover
I am working with a client that is looking for someone to join the accounts team within the next couple of weeks to cover a member of staff going on maternity leave. This is a client I have recruited for before and we know the team well. A really nice working environment with great little perks.
Duties will include
*Day to day operation of sales ledger
*Preparation and posting of journals
*Counting cash
*Management of the petty cash process
*Preparation of manual cheques
*Review, allocation and posting of daily bank transactions
*Debt collection
*Preparing and sending invoices
*Issuing customer invoices
*Answering & resolving queries by email, telephone and face-to-face at the counter
*Supporting other members of the Finance department as required
*Assisting administrators and budget holders as required
*Producing reports
This a fantastic role that offers a huge amount of variation, teamed with a great bunch of people to work with.

On site parking
£18k - £21k
