Training will be provided for the role however you will need to have at least 2 years' experience of working in an accounts department. This role would suit someone who is extremely meticulous as invoices are high value and need to be processed with no mistakes.
This role will include:
* Process high value Sales invoices
* Ensure customers pay to agreed payment terms
* Deal with customer disputes and ensure they are resolved quickly
* Manage Purchase Ledger across the site
* Work closely with the different departments to ensure a good internal relationship
Skills and experience:
* 2 years' experience of working in an Accounts Department in a similar position.
* Meticulous and focused
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong work ethic that enjoys working in a small team and can also work on their own
20 hours with flexibility of when you work
£12 - £13.50 per hour Depending on experience
20 days holiday + bank holidays
