An exciting opportunity has come up at a market leading business that is commutable from Sheffield, Rotherham, Worksop, Chesterfield, and other surrounding areas.
The role will be to cover a member of staff that is leaving on maternity - 9 - 12 months.
The duties are as follows:
*Working knowledge and experience of bank reconciliations with ability to interrogate imbalances.
*Full working knowledge of Double Entry Bookkeeping is required with proven experience of generation and posting credit notes, debit notes and journals.
*Excellent understanding of Excel, Word and Outlook.
*Good understanding of the credit control function.
*Excellent administration skills with an organised and structured approach whilst showing great attention to detail.
*Good all round communication skills on all levels internal and external to the organisations.
*Good telephone manner to promote confidence and professionalism with authority to achieve results and control conversations.
*Ability to work pro-actively in a defined team, utilising resources from across all departments of the company.
*Exemplary high standards of customer service, honesty and integrity.
*Ability to use own initiative in identifying, addressing and resolving day to day issues and challenges.
*Strong, positive attitude and work ethic including ability to remain calm under pressure.
*Disciplined with the ability to work independently with good time keeping skills.
The role is full time, Monday to Friday with onsite parking.
£20 - £22k
