Sharp Consultancy are working with an international market leader based in the Sheffield area who are looking to add an Head of FP&A to the current finance structure, reporting directly into the CFO with full responsibility for the budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting you will also be heavily involved with the reporting of non-finance driven information such as trends and analysis that can further aid the business to deliver key objectives and deliverables and most importantly growth.
As part of the wide-facing role you will also be responsible for developing and revamping the forecasting systems and processes, in order to create a full 'story behind the numbers' rolling process for use across all aspects of the business including senior level board and strategy meetings.
Whilst the finance team is based in Sheffield, with a global business model our client has adopted a hybrid office / home working environment post Covid and staff are typically in the office for 1-2 days per week although you may be based at the office as often as you choose.
You must be a qualified accountant and any experience of bespoke manufacturing or engineering would be highly beneficial, however not essential.
