Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be working with a large scale, fast paced and well-known business in Sheffield that are looking to recruit a Payroll Manager on a full-time permanent basis.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a long standing and continuously growing business, playing a key role in delivering exceptional payroll services.

This role will include overseeing a small team of efficient payrollers by providing assistance and training to help continue their development. The payroll will be split between 1 weekly and 2 monthly payrolls. While you may be required to assist with the payroll this role will be tailored more towards the general management of the payroll team.

This business is ideally looking for an experienced payroll manager that is used to working in a fast-paced environment and has previous experience managing a team. A CIPP qualification would be desirable but not essential.

In return they can offer a basic salary between £45,000 - £50,000 with a healthy discretionary bonus. They also offer flexible/hybrid working, a generous pension plan and a very good holiday entitlement.
