Sharp Consultancy are acting as the exclusive partner for a highly reputable and profitable client within the Rotherham region who going to appoint a new FD to join the business within a newly created role to lead the business as it embarks on the next stage of its development and growth.
Our client has grown over a sustained period of time and the business following new investment is now looking at a more dynamic growth strategy and will be looking to double turnover over the next 18 months.
The business has a range of key clients and is a solution specialist providing key business support across challenging projects.
*You will report directly into the CEO and will have full responsibility for the day-to-day financial management and reporting
*You must have already worked at an FD or CFO level with significant responsibility for performance improvement and change management regarding growth
*You will also manage a small team which includes qualified and non-qualified accountants as well as transactional support team.
All applicants must be qualified, and it is essential you can show a clear level of success within a previous leadership appointment. Any previous experience of an investment backed business would be highly advantageous but not necessarily essential.
You must possess strong management and coaching skills, be an excellent communicator and lead with the required gravitas to drive the business at all levels.
