Sharp Consultancy are currently partnering with a highly reputable, market leading manufacturer who are hiring an exceptional Head of Treasury.
The client has seen significant growth and change over the last 5 years and as a result now needs a strong Treasury Leader to build and develop a robust and clear process for the Treasury activities across the group

The role will be based in Sheffield, but you will be able to work within a hybrid environment, with 2 days office based.
The role will be responsible for building processes, management of the company funds, cashflows, currency and hedging risks, as well as payments to suppliers and within the Group
You will report directly into the Group FD and manage a small team of analysts and treasury accountants

Responsibilities will include:
* Manage company funds and liquidity
* Develop and implement Treasury policies and processes
* Manage company currency risks
* Control cashflow reporting, including capex input
* Control significant payments, both internally and to suppliers
* Reporting into the Group FD and responsibility to board
* Ad hoc projects

Requirements
* Treasury experience
* Experience of building/developing treasury processes
* Analytical mindset
* Strong communication skills, both written and oral
* Ability to influence and coordinate senior stakeholders
