Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading Manufacturing business based in Sheffield as they look for an experienced Finance Assistant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
This role is perfect for someone who has had experience with both Accounts Payable/ Receivable duties and who is looking for a new challenge. This role can offer AAT study support if you wish to progress with your studies.
The main duties of this role will include:
- Complete Purchase Ledger invoice posting and matching processes for multiple sites.
- Credit management and Cash Allocation for all business units
- Complete month end reconciliations
- Purchase & Sales Ledger performed to ensure correct controls are maintained
- Complete Supplier Statements Reconciliations
- Ensure all month end sales and purchase ledger reporting requirements are me
- Assist in the completion of monthly management accounts

Skills and experience:
- Experience of working in a similar Finance Assistant role
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to be punctual and reliable
Monday - Friday 37 hours (Early finish on Friday)
Up to £30,000
On-site parking
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Hybrid working (After probation)
