Sharp Consultancy are excited to be working with a brilliant organisation based in Sheffield that are well known for the exceptional services not only in Sheffield but across the country.
They are looking for Finance Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis and play a pivot role in the smooth running of the finance department. They will also consider full and part time options.
This role will include:
- Administrating the Purchase Ordering System by overseeing all orders, managing the Purchase Ordering Mailbox, placing and tracking order
- Reconciling Credit Card Statements
- Creating month end Journals for review
- Maintaining an efficient and accurate Sales Ledger
- Providing cover for the Purchase Ledger at busy periods
- Maintain financial records
- Undertaking other finance duties in support of colleagues as required
Skills and experience:
- Experience working in a similar role
- Ability to communicate effectively with people from withing and outside the business
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of organisation
- Ability to stick to deadlines
- Experience with MS Excel
