Credit Controller
Location: Worksop, Nottinghamshire

Role Summary: As a Credit Controller, you'll be an integral part of our Accounts Receivable team, situated within the Finance Shared Services Centre in Worksop. Collaborate with approximately 10 dedicated colleagues, focusing on the full cash collection process. Your primary responsibility will be collecting outstanding and overdue debt, primarily through telephone communication with commercial customers. This role operates in a target-driven environment, where your success will be rewarded.
Key Responsibilities:
Debt Collection: Engage with commercial customers via telephone to recover outstanding payments.
KPI-Driven Environment: Meet performance targets and contribute to team success.
Flexible Working: Following successful training, potentially enjoy the option of remote work for a day or two each week.
Qualifications and Experience:
Credit Control Experience: Prior experience in credit control or accounts receivable is essential.
Attention to Detail: Meticulously manage financial transactions and customer accounts.
Effective Communication: Strong verbal skills for successful debt collection.
Transport Links: Conveniently located in Worksop, with easy access to the M1 and A1 motorways.
Public Transport: Train station within walking distance, and a bus stop right outside the office.
