Sharp Consultancy is delighted to be working with a well-known manufacturing business in Leeds that has been in operation for over fifty years. Our client has a state-of-the-art office facility, and is looking to add an extra head to the Accounts Payable function as they continue to grow.
The key responsibilities will include:
*Process of receipts & entering invoices into the finance system
*Liaise with suppliers on all invoice queries
*Ensure all invoices are processed and paid
*Perform administrative duties
*Ability to improve processes, procedures, and control
*Ensure all targets are met
*To assist in the month end and year end timetable, including system closure and reconciliations
