Sharp Consultancy are excited to working alongside a consistently growing healthcare business of which are looking for an Accounts Clerk to join their team. Over the last 5 years, they have grown significantly, now totalling a £5-6m turnover. Due to their growth, they are looking to expand their finance team and develop the financial function. This is a brand new role, allowing for autonomy and the ability to be creative with your workload.
This is a part-time role, varying between 20-25 hours with flexibility. This is a temporary position with permanent contract made available for the right candidate.
This role includes:
-Processing invoices
-Matching invoices against orders
-Entering invoices into the system
-Coding against the general ledger
-Handling supplier enquiries
-Statement reconciliations
-Payroll administration
Skills and experience:
-Experience working within a similar role
-Great communication skills - able to communicate with suppliers and colleagues alike
-Highly experienced on Xero software
