One of Gainsborough's premier employers are looking for a Senior Accountant to support their Head Office and Commercial Finance team. Due to the organic growth along with some key acquisitions over the past 12 months - this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in an exciting and fast-paced market.
Responsibilities:
*To produce quality monthly management information and management accounts
*Work with external and internal audit as required around account production and the control environment
*Work collaboratively across the finance management team
*Cash flow forecasting, budget production, variance analysis and commercial reporting
*Manage the acquisition accounting of the businesses bought by the Group
Experience:
*CCAB Financial qualification/studying CCAB finals
*Financial services experience preferred although not essential
*Experience in the European market ideal but not essential
*Strong communication and influencing skills across senior stakeholders
