Due to a recent promotion within the team, a new opportunity has become available for a purchase ledger assistant to join the team on a full-time permanent basis.
The main duties for the role will include:
-Manage the purchase ledger in a timely and accurate manner
-Processing high volumes of invoices, including coding and matching supplier invoices
-Supplier statement reconciliations
-Payment runs
-Investigate and resolve client queries
-Posting of approved expense forms
Skills and experience:
-Experience working within a purchase ledger role
-Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
-Able to use your own initiative and work towards deadlines
-Experience with a finance software
-Highly organised
-Ability to manage to a large amount of clients
-Competent Microsoft Excel Skills
