Working alongside the Financial Director and Finance team the duties will include:
*Assisting in the provision of monthly management accounts in a timely and accurate manner
*Manage the company invoice discounting facility
*Day to day cash management including payment runs and bank reconciliations
*Run the weekly company KPI's
*VAT returns and management
*Statutory reporting for ONS and other government bodies
*Credit Control
*Assist in the development of the Trainee Accountant
*Ad-hoc project work as directed by the Finance Director
*Ensure that Health & Safety requirements are met within the areas that you are responsible
Ideally you will have:
*CIMA or AAT Technician qualification
*Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS and Conditional Formatting
*Experience in a similar role
*Excellent communication skills
*Experience of Sage
