Reporting directly to the Accounts Manager you will have responsibility for:
*Setting up and maintaining customer accounts.
*Reconciliation of supplier statements to ensure all accounts are up to date for month end reports.
*Being first point of contact for all relevant enquiries.
*Maintaining the paperless filing system.
*Collection and distribution of daily post.
*Matching, checking, processing and coding invoices.
*Processing company expenses.
*Making payments via BACS and cheques.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is immediately available and is looking to secure solid experience and work in a busy finance function.
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate:
*Having proven experience working within a purchase ledger role.
*Self-motivated with a can-do attitude towards work and problem solving.
*Ability to form and maintain positive relations with those they work with and alongside.
*Thrive working under pressure and towards deadlines.
*Have strong communication skills and be a team player.
