Our client is a future facing firm that operates in over 40 countries worldwide. They are looking for an experienced credit controller to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:
* The ability to maintain your own ledger whilst also maintaining successful and positive relationships with your clients
* Consistently deliver high quality services on time, with a focus on responsiveness and client satisfaction
* Assist in identifying and implementing ways to develop and deliver products and services to meet client objectives and business needs.
* Account reconciliations to ensure correct allocation of funds received
About you:
* Knowledge of credit control process
* Proficient in MS Excel and word
* Preferably experienced in account management
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

£23,000 - £25,000 DoE
25 days holiday + Bank holidays
