The candidate's responsibilities include:
* Full Credit Control responsibilities
* Direct chasing of customer invoices
* Creating weekly & monthly BACs files, for bank submission
* Proven experience of Excel use & Credit Control in a fast paced environment is required.
* Maintaining full responsibility for adhering to payment plans.
* Working on a a busy ledger across over 1000 accounts.
* Allocations of bank receipts to customer accounts.
* Allocation of customer payments.
* Posting ledger transactions.
* Issuing applications / Invoices and supporting documentation.
* Query handing and investigation.
* Final Accounting and retention release.
* Weekly cashflow forecasting
The ideal Candidate will possess the following attributes:
* Demonstrating the initiative to take ownership of personal workload whilst contributing as an integral part of the wider finance team.
* A high level of excel is preferred.
* Accuracy and efficiency attributed to all aspects of work.
* Key communication skills.
