The candidate's responsibilities include:
* Being contact for internal and external accounts queries, and liaison with divisional teams on financial matters
* Keep the accounting system up to date, including maintaining nominal codes
* Make pro-active contribution to the improvement of financial processes within the department
* Supplier payments
* Cash Flow management
* Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly duties such as: Month end, VAT returns & preparing the year end accounts.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
* AAT qualified.
* A methodical, organised approach to work.
* Demonstrate the ability to take the initiative in carrying out personal workload, whilst working as a key member of the finance team.
* Excellent interpersonal, customer service & communication skills.
