Working within a small team based in Central Leeds and reporting to the Head of Finance your focus will be to provide transactional finance support to the wider finance team and other areas of the business if needed.

Finance duties of the duties are to include:
* Maintaining Credit Control
* Raising sales ledger invoices
* Collection of outstanding invoices
* Regular liaison with clients
* Maintaining the purchase ledger
* Coding and processing supplier invoices
* Monthly bacs run
* Managing the Interim/contractors onboarding processing
* Weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
* Monitor and reconcile company credit card purchases
* Inputting expenses for payroll/payroll journals
* Monthly intergroup invoicing
* Monthly Intercompany reconciliations
* Collating information from placement sheets for analysis
* EDI information collation & reporting
* Other ad-hoc finance duties to support the Finance Director

Skills and Qualifications:
* Sage 50 Accounts experience desirable
* Good working knowledge of Excel
* Excellent attention to detail
* The ability to maintain clear and accurate financial records
