Accounts Assistant in Sheffield

Sharp Consultancy are excited to be working alongside a long standing client that are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join the team. They are open to who they onboard, but you must have a desire to learn and progress with prior knowledge and experience of working in an Accounts department.

The client is based just outside Sheffield City Centre in a busy suburb with onsite parking and plenty of cafés and restaurants to visit on your lunch break.

The role is varied and will see you maintaining a purchase ledger function by accurately inputting invoices onto the finance system. Another key aspect of the role is to raise invoices and send to clients ensuring that they have been billed and pay correctly to agreed terms.

Skills and experience:
- Experience working in an Accounts role
- Ability to communicate effectively with people from within and outside the business
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of organisation
- Experience with MS Excel
