Brilliant opportunity to join a well-established insurance company based in Harrogate, this position would be perfect for any career minded HR Administrator who is keen to develop their knowledge.

You will be responsible for reporting directly to the Senior HR Business Partner.

Your duties will include:
*Being the first point of contact for employees and line managers to discuss any HR matters.
*Oversee all employee changes on the HR system, maintain data in line with GDPR policies and cleanse all data.
*Supporting line managers through key people processes such as maternity, leavers/returns and sickness absence management.
*Supporting the review of probationary review outcomes and appraisals to identify ongoing employee training needs.
*Supporting the administration and note taking for HR lead meetings including disciplinary/ grievance hearings.
*Assisting in the administration and support of recruitment campaigns.
*Producing offer of employment packs liaising with future employees.
*Ensuring excellent candidate experience throughout the processs.

The ideal candidate will:
*Previous experience working with HR administration.
*Involvement of HR recruitment.
*Good knowledge of HR systems.
*Learning and development processes, employee relations and recruitment.
*Good working knowledge of employment law and be confident to give advice on a range of employment matters.
*CIPD level 3 qualified or above.
You will be able to demonstrate working in a fast pace environment, working well within a team and also capable of working independently, have a positive and professional attitude and be able to prioritise workload.
