A well renowned business service provider in Leeds requires a forward thinking and self-motivated Credit Controller/ Sales Ledger clerk to join their dynamic team.

Working within a team of 5 reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:

*Management of credit control, communicating with internal and external stakeholders on this to ensure accounts are up to date.
*Distribution of customer invoices and statements.
*Daily posting and allocation of company expenses.
*Providing an excellent level of customer service and developing positive long-term relationships with those you work with.
*Assisting with any other duties required in finance to help the team with workload.
* Month end sales ledger reporting and reconciliations.

Ideally you will have:

*Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritising a busy workload.
*Experience of working within an account's environment in a similar role.
*Proven past experience, forming and maintaining positive relationships with those you work with.
*A strong passion for working within accounts and finance.
*A good understanding of how to use Microsoft Office and experience using accounting software programmes.
