Purchase Ledger Clerk - Doncaster
This small but rapidly growing owner managed organisation is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the team.
This role will take ownership of the purchase ledger in a standalone role. Duties will include, but are not limited to; receipt of supplier invoices, matching and coding and entering them onto the finance system, resolving unmatched invoices and other supplier queries, reconciling statements and paying invoices within terms of business. There may also be reporting on the payments for the FD and other similar level duties within accounts.
You will be joining the business during a period of significant growth and therefore change. So helping establish robust processes and controls will also be important as well as suggesting other ideas for improvement and efficient processes.
We are looking for a Purchase Ledger specialist, ideally someone who has worked in a standalone accounts payable role in their recent experience.
