Purchase Ledger Clerk – Barnsley
This is a new role due to the growth of our client in Barnsley.
Joining a team of finance and office staff we are looking for a candidate who can take responsibility for the full purchase ledger process.
This will include receiving, matching entering and coding invoices onto the accounts system. It will also deal with supplier queries and resolve any discrepancies, reconciling all supplier payments. Thereafter it will include the timely payment of all invoices via BACS.
As this is the full purchase ledger process we are looking for a candidate that has previous experience of all purchase ledger duties including responsibility for payments. We are specifically looking for a candidate who has paid international suppliers as well as UK suppliers.
