Payroll Administrator

Job description

​Working as part of a small finance team you will ensure the payroll for c125 staff members (weekly and monthly) is processed accurately and efficiently using the Bright Pay payroll system.

Duties of the role are to include:

  • Preparing and distributing employee pay slips and P60

  • Maintenance of the sickness

  • Holiday and pension schedules

  • Dealing with relevant day-to-day payroll queries

The ideal individual will have the following skills and experience:

  • Prior experience of working in a Payroll environment is essential

  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • High levels of accuracy, with sound attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills

  • Working knowledge of Bright Pay would be advantageous but not essential
