The organisation is looking for an individual who has had experience in monitoring the company's financial performance, working with Senior Management Team to increase profitability, monthly accounts, financial strategies, and SME experience.
This opportunity would suit someone who is commercially driven, wanting to add value in taking responsibility for the company finances, in assisting an SME to continue their growth journey and someone who needs flexible hours / days.
Responsibilities
* Production of the management accounts including accruals, prepayments, journals etc
* Maintaining & improving the financial systems in order to streamline monthly reporting
* Supporting the wider finance team
* Create detailed forecasts to drive business performance
* Preparation of budgets
* Provide insight and interpretation to improve the decision-making process and challenge performance and targets
* P&L ownership and driving performance, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
* Review weekly financial reporting and challenge operations
