Reporting directly to the Financial Controller this role is offering well-rounded exposure to the finance function, with responsibilities including:
* Assisting with full management accounts preparation and production
* Reviewing the balance sheet reconciliation process, investigating, and resolving any queries that might arise
* Partnering with colleagues in finance and across the business; acting as a point of contact, providing advice, support and direction
* Assisting the Finance Manager with the preparation of balance sheet reporting and forecasting
* Reporting of monthly capital expenditure and variance to forecasts
* Creation and posting of specific monthly general ledger journals
* Producing year-end balance sheet schedules to support statutory accounts disclosures
Ideally you will be studying towards your CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification although consideration will be given to those who can demonstrate practical exposure in a similar position.
