Reporting directly to the Finance Controller:
*Preparation of month end accounts through to completion.
*Producing Balance sheet reviews monthly/quarterly.
*Ensuring compliance and key controls are adhered to.
*Liaising with senior board members and managerial staff, ensuring finance processes are running smoothly.
*Ensuring efficient and accurate production and reporting of accounts.
*Managing and developing financial systems and policies.
*Controlling and forecasting company income and expenditure.
*Great communication with senior stake holders across sales, marketing and IT; presenting financial information to those none finance areas.
*VAT returns.
Candidate requirements:
*Ideally, you will hold or be actively studying towards qualifications; (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
*Have excellent communication skills
*Strong career achievements in a management accounting position
*Ability to use excel to a good level
Ideally, you will be studying towards your CIMA/ACCA/ACA/AAT qualification with previous experience within an accountancy-based role and be able to demonstrate strong career achievements and the willingness to learn and develop new and existing skills.
