I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established business within the service sector that prides itself on its supportive culture, excellent staff retention, and commitment to developing its people. • Processing purchase ledger invoices.

  • Maintaining the sales ledger.

  • Assisting with credit control activities.

  • Completing bank reconciliations.

  • Processing employee expenses.

  • Supporting the wider finance team with transactional accounting duties.

  • Providing general administrative support within the finance function.

I’m looking for candidates with a positive attitude and a genuine interest in pursuing a career in accounting. Previous experience isn't essential, as full training will be provided.

You'll ideally have:

  • A keen interest in finance and accounting.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong organisational skills.

  • Good communication skills.

  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn.

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (desirable but not essential).

  • AAT studier or graduate (advantageous not essential).

This opportunity would suit:

  • A recent graduate looking for their first role in finance.

  • Someone seeking an entry-level position within an accounts team.

  • An individual studying AAT or looking to begin their AAT qualification.

  • Anyone motivated to learn and grow within a supportive business.

What's on Offer?

  • A permanent opportunity with a well-established and growing business.

  • A supportive team with an excellent reputation for staff retention.

  • AAT study support for the right candidate.

  • Ongoing training and development.

  • The opportunity to progress your career within the finance team.

  • A friendly and collaborative working environment where your development is genuinely encouraged.
