Investment Executive – Private Equity

A highly regarded private equity business who have invested billions of pounds over the years have a rather rare opportunity in Leeds.

 

If you are a qualified ACA or CA, whether ICAEW or ICAS with exceptional customer facing and transactional advisory skills this could be the perfect move for you. The business has a track record spanning decades investing in ambitious and growing businesses throughout the UK and beyond.

You will perform a valuable role primarily assisting the directors and partners in identifying potential investment opportunities and managing various elements of the deal process through due diligence and on to completion – the whole investment cycle from origination through to completing the investment, further bolt-on acquisitions and eventually exits.

To be considered you must have qualified with a quality firm of accountants (it does not have to be Big 4) and have up to date professional services experience from within Corporate Restructuring / Business Recovery, Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence or Corporate Finance/M&A. You will have first class inter-personal skills, a keen interest in a career as an investor and ‘commercial nous’.

 

The role does include the highly attractive benefit found in private equity of carried interest. Opportunities to progress are clear – many of the partners and directors originally joined the business at this very grade.
