Interim FP&A Lead

Job description

This high growth Business Consultancy has delivered exceptional results over the past three to four years, establishing a formidable position within its niche through a disciplined and well executed organic growth strategy.

Now supported by external investor backing, the business is entering its next phase of expansion. Accelerated growth is a key objective for the year ahead, with M&A firmly on the strategic agenda. To support this ambition, the company is seeking to appoint an FP&A Lead to join the senior finance team.

This role will suit a highly experienced FP&A professional who can build a best in class function from the ground up. A strong focus on process design and implementation is essential, ensuring the function is set up correctly from day one.

You will bring proven experience of consolidating budgets across multiple business lines, making group level exposure a requirement. You will take full ownership of budgeting cycles, timelines, and reporting templates, providing clarity for senior leadership and delivering accurate, real time insight to the board at short notice.

As the function evolves, you will also be responsible for building and developing a small FP&A team, scaling capability in line with business needs.

This is a genuinely rewarding opportunity for the right individual—an integral contract appointment within an ambitious, investor backed organisation on its journey to becoming a major player in its field.
