Key responsibilities will include:
Producing monthly management accounts
* Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
* Accounting system to group reporting system monthly reconciliations
* Monthly reconciliation of intercompany accounts with other group companies
* Chasing intercompany debts
* Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and tax packs
* Completion of national statistics returns
* Preparation of budgets and forecasts for holding companies
* Completing audit confirmations and answering audit queries
* Ensure timely invoicing for intercompany recharges
* Posting journals to the general ledger.
* Bank Account reconciliations
To succeed in this role you need to demonstrate
* A comprehensive understanding of accounting systems and the interaction of ledgers
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
* A flexible approach to work
