This growing niche manufacturer based in the heart of Leeds currently have a requirement for an FC to join the team whilst the current incumbent over sees some critical project work.
Now entering the second half of a 10-year growth plan, this hugely successful business is going through a major process and systems change. As a result of this exciting transition, they are in need of someone to join the team in the role of FC, to cover the day to day running of the Finance function.
Supported by a superbly efficient team, you will steer the finance function day to day, and report into the CFO, and support him in delivering a first-class function to the wider business.
You will be an experienced FC, with the ability to hit the ground running, and be able to drive a team forward through an ever-changing environment.
You will manage a team of 8 and be on hand to deliver ad hoc reports and analysis to the board when requested. Natural business partnering ability is an absolute must.
