Interim Finance Business Partner

Job description

 Are you a qualified accountant with a proven ability to partner effectively across the business? Do you have a passion for change management and IT transformation projects?

 

A well-known Leeds-based brand is seeking an experienced Interim Finance Business Partner to join its Change Projects team on an initial 6-month contract, with an immediate start available.

This is a high-impact role where you will play a key part in supporting major transformation initiatives. You will bring strong experience of working on large-scale projects and a solid understanding of project lifecycles, alongside a track record of effective business partnering in a project environment.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ownership of forecasting and end-to-end financial reporting

  • Developing and enhancing reporting tools to ensure flexibility and responsiveness to change

  • Ensuring projects are accurately costed and appropriately resourced

  • Producing insightful, ad-hoc commentary on project financials and cost structures

You will report directly to senior leadership, contributing to projects that are critical to the organisation’s success. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a high-profile transformation programme.
