A well-established, growing business based in York is looking for a HR Administrator to join their department. Reporting directly into the HR manager, the successful candidate will work as part of a team and be responsible for managing both the HR and Payroll function.
Duties will include:
-Generalist HR administration.
-Absence, grievance and disciplinary monitoring.
-Understanding and following HR policies & procedures.
-Supporting the managers solving any issues.
-Assisting with payroll.
Previous experience within HR is essential. The company are looking for someone they can train and develop within the organisation.
The ideal candidate must be able to work well as part of a team, be able to communicate well and have a strong work ethic.
