Salary: £30000 - £40000 + pension, free parking
A well run, welcoming and stable service sector organisation are looking for a new HR Manager to drive forward the department. This is a key role in a business that values their employees and their development – both as professionals and people.
The successful candidate will work closely with the management team on a diverse range of HR and practice management tasks in addition to providing external HR support across a range of external clients.
The role would suit a pro-active and technically proficient HR Advisor or HR Manager with extensive experience in a generalist HR role.
Technical skills together with practical knowledge and experience of all aspects of Human Resources are naturally essential. Ideally candidates will be CIPD qualified (though not essential). In addition, applicants should demonstrate:
*Proficient knowledge of employment law and all aspects of HR including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, benefits, policy implementation & organisational change.
*Established record of delivering HR initiatives and developing and effective working relationships both internally and externally.
*Demonstrable experience of self-development and development of others;
*Excellent interpersonal and presentational skills;
*Positive leadership skills;
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Case Management Systems;
*A pro-active, professional and flexible approach;
*Experience of Business Development and of maximising social media platforms (desirable, not essential).
