Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be working with a Sheffield based, vibrant and busy business that employs energetic and driven individuals who have experienced consistent and significant growth.

This opportunity will suit a reliable HR & Finance Manager that will oversee everyday financial matters and subsequently provide advice and guidance to the MD. Furthermore, this role will guide the business from an HR perspective - managing the HR internal systems and processes, as well as supporting and advising line managers.

The role will be busy & varied consisting of, but not limited to responsibility over Management accounting and forecasting, alongside the following responsibilities:

Finance:
*Produce full monthly Management Accounts
*Support the Managing Director to help identify, assess, and resolve key challenges/opportunities within the business
*Working with the Managing Director to set achievable KPI's and provide in-depth
analysis of sales and forecasts
*Control and management of working capital and ongoing cash flow forecasting
*Overhead management and control, including the setting of budgets and working
closely with other managers to understand their spending requirements
*Working with the Managing Director to set achievable KPI's and provide in-depth analysis of sales and forecasts across key income streams
*Control and management of working capital and ongoing cash flow forecasting
*Management of company credit including credit cards and any loans/credit accounts
*Report on monthly profit and loss
*Assist with and maintain documentation of all financial processes and procedures
*Payroll - complete monthly payroll and ensure compliance
*Procurement - responsible for procurement forecasting and supporting strategic
procurement practices

Human Resources:
*HR management to include, recruiting excellency, strategic planning, disciplinaries
and people management
*Ensuring upkeep of HR system including staff holidays etc.
*Responsible for identifying talent and resource gaps within the team
*Responsible for administering company pension scheme and other staff benefits
*Responsible for internal HR communications
*Responsible for updates to Company Handbook
*Ensuring all staff work in line with company values
*Line management responsibilities of a small team
