You will work closely with the Head of HR to develop HR initiatives to improve staff retention, employee satisfaction, employee engagement and training and development, ensuring this is available to enable employees to reach their full potential.
You will provide a first class business partnering service to all internal stakeholders and be expert in your handling of the workload.
You will have demonstrable HR BP experience, and either be CIPD L7 qualified or working towards it.
A solid breadth of experience is necessary to execute this role to a high standard, and so you will have prior exposure Business Partnering across wider businesses, and ideally hold Manufacture & Retail experience, and importantly a good sense of humour.
