A business growing exponentially is looking to add a Help Desk and Compliance Manager to look after a team of 6 administrators. This role has huge scope for you to be able to put your own stamp on processes and procedures and drive best practice and the performance of the team. The Role reports into the Operations Manager who has strong background in Credit Control Management so this role would suit someone form a similar background.
You would have the follow duties:
*Developing and managing a robust, accurate and focused operational performance process. Ensuring maximum compliance across the portfolio..
*Drive the PPM management across the regions in line with our KPI's.
*Manage and develop capability within the helpdesk team, raising performance through coaching/feedback, performance management and training.
*To understand commercial and performance aspects of all contracts.
*Implement and manage performance improvements and customer satisfaction.
*Ensure all third party vendors are compliant with company policies and relevant legislation regarding housing for vulnerable adults.
*Drive a culture of auditing on a regular basis ensuring that safe working practices are in place and policies and procedures are adhered to.
*Create and maintain a strong communications protocol. Manage high level escalated data management-related issues.
*Work collaboratively with the wider support team and share best practice. Monthly National KPI reporting internally.
*Monthly Client reporting in line with housing association requirement and requests. Hold regular 121's with direct reports and set stretching and realistic objectives.
